 Occoquan Woodbridge Lorton (O.W.L.) Volunteer Fire Department Station #14 located at 12400 Hedges Run Drive, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192. Station 14 was dedicated in 1980 and was renovated in 1995. Station 14 houses a medic unit, an ambulance, a brush truck, two pumpers, and a 110' ladder truck (Truck 14).

5K Walk
starts at 7:45 AM.
10K Race starts at 8:00 AM.
COURSE:
Hilly, challenging road race and walk winding through the neighborhoods of Lake Ridge, Virginia. The course will be marked and marshaled.
The 10K Run will start and finish at the RidgeWood Community Center located on Oakwood Dr. From the starting line proceed on Oakwood Dr. to Deepford Dr.; turn left onto Deepford Dr. and proceed for 1 block; turn right onto Antietam Rd. and proceed to the end of Antietam Rd. for the turnaround; proceed back up Antietam Rd. to Cotton Mill Dr.; turn right onto Cotton Mill Dr. and proceed crossing Mohican Rd. to Hedges Run Dr.; turn right onto Hedges Run Dr. and proceed to Critton Circle; turn right onto Critton Circle until it goes back around to Hedges Run Dr.; go back up Hedges Run Dr. until Cotton Mill Dr.; turn left onto Cotton Mill Dr. and proceed crossing Mohican Rd. to Willowood Dr.; turn right onto Willowood Dr. and proceed to Woodfern Ct.; turn right onto Woodfern Ct. and proceed crossing Antietam Rd. to Oakwood Dr.; turn right onto Oakwood Dr. and proceed to the finish line.

RUNNERS' AWARDS:
Awards to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall male and female. Awards to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in all age categories. Random
prizes donated by local merchants will be drawn after the race
using runner/walker bib numbers. Must be present to win!
RUNNER AGE GROUPS:
15 & under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49,
50-54, 55-59, & 60+.
